We’ve received several questions about how BIM Track is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and wanted to reassure all our clients of our business continuity.
Our team is fully set up to work remotely and we are all still working full-time (some of us with kids underfoot, like many of you!). Our support and customer success teams are still fully reachable, either via the chat in the BIM Track App or here on our website.
We understand these are challenging times for us all and our sympathy is with all of you affected by the pandemic, no matter the severity in your part of the world. We are a global community at BIM Track. We wish you and your families both at home and at work, all safety and good health.
