DBM Vircon was contracted by their clients for BIM to Facilities Management for the $3.6 billion Queen's Wharf Brisbane project, which DBM Vircon then converted into a project BIM brief. They also oversaw the inclusion of the BIM requirements into the various contractors’ scopes of work which included managing coordination between 26 different consultants, contractors, and subcontractors working in 16 different pieces of software.
