Symetri brings BIM Track to Northern Europe

September 10, 2019 2 min. read

Scandinavia is a hotbed of innovation in the built environment. We are pleased to announce the next step towards improved communication in the region with Symetri as the new BIM Track reseller in Northern Europe.

Symetri is well-known in Scandinavia in particular, and not just for their well-rounded portfolio of third-party applications. Symetri also has teams of BIM consultants, and as such have developed their own impressive tools, including BIMeye, a construction data management tool, and Naviate, a portfolio of timesaving add-ins for Revit and Civil 3D.

Symetri both understands and is pushing the boundaries of the building industry. Their project team first came across BIM Track while consulting with a client, and after careful review, they decided to add this powerful but simple BIM coordination tool to their BIM arsenal.

BIM Track first came to our attention via one of our consultants working on a big metro system in Sweden.

After extensively evaluating, and meeting the team in person, we are pleased to announce this robust addition to our portfolio. BIM Track provides accountability and transparency for issue resolution, regardless of what software teams are using. Communication becomes accessible to everyone, making BIM coordination much less time consuming by removing manual tasks. They also offer an open API which will open up further productivity-enhancing workflows between BIMTrack and our own IP solutions.

Jan Tore Bugge,
Product Manager & Key Account Manager AEC at Symetri Europe.

The team here at BIM Track is very much looking forward to this new partnership.
