Built behind a historical facade and over a live crossrail site, the Hanover Square project by WSP was extremely complex to plan, coordinate, and execute. Being in central London, the site was very constrained. There was almost no place to store materials therefore on-site planning, including delivery schedules, had to be perfectly timed.
