The Avvir + BIM Track integration enables users of both products to track changes that need to be made to the BIM or in the field (in BIM Track) based on Avvir’s reality capture analysis in a frictionless manner.

When Avvir’s algorithm compares the reality data (LiDAR scans) to the construction project’s BIM, it flags any deviations from the BIM as potential issues. The integration then allows users to review and push these issues into BIM Track along with relevant metadata of the issue (such as the location of the issue, image of issue, etc.) as well as workflow information (assignee, etc).

  • Create BIM Track issues within Avvir with key attributes such as priority, type, assignee,
    and due date.
  • Notify multiple individuals or groups about a BIM Track issue when creating in Avvir.
  • Attach a snapshot of the issue and point cloud in Avvir to the BIM Track issue.
