Job Description

At BIM Track, you will be responsible for sharing our message and helping to create it.
You will not just be masterful with words, but extremely detail oriented and organized.
You run your job like it’s it’s own company and you can prioritize your tasks like a boss.
You’re a well-rounded marketer who understands that writing effective content isn’t
enough; the devil is in the details when it comes to webinars, email campaigns, website
content and more. You’re always in learning mode and always looking to improve.
Furthermore, you get that to market a product well, you have to know it and its’ industry
well: apples and oranges marketeers need not apply!

You’re a team player, who will be part of a passionate & driven team that loves to work
hard and play hard by equal measures. You won’t be alone either, with an involved
Marketing Director that you will work with together on planning, in-house graphic artist,
and strategic data and videography partners.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Creating engaging copy in line with our brand for webinars, events, ads, and more.
  • Sharing the content via Pardot, uploading to our website, and spreading our message through all available channels. Always looking for ways to improve our delivery.
  • Planning and creating social media posts including posts on-the-fly around the office.
  • Setting up & running webinars. Recommending tweaks to always improve.
  • Regular QA of our website including – you guessed it – recommendations for improvement.
  • Assisting with occasional blog posts, case studies and other written assets.
  • Assisting with event management.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B setting.
  • Perfect written English required.
  • Experience creating content for a brand – portfolio of work required.
  • Experience managing email campaigns, updating websites, running webinars and social media strategy.
  • Perfect written French considered an asset.
  • Experience in Pardot an asset but not required.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
