BIM Track® provides a central hub for all coordination information from design to construction. With information at your fingertips, you can get access to your data anytime, anywhere, either from a desktop or mobile device. Charts and graphics help understand data and your management performance through precise metrics. We promote OpenBIM workflow solutions by supporting IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) and BCF (BIM Collaboration Format).
A hub allows you to create unlimited projects and assign users to these different projects. You can also customize your hub(s) by giving it/them a name and uploading your logo to be displayed in automatic communications like email notifications. Users of your hub will then see your logo and connect to a project by accessing a custom domain name such as MyHub.bimtrackapp.co
Hub Creation & Customization
You can create your hub when you create your account or directly once you are logged in. The name of your hub can only contain upper and lower case letters or numbers. You may also customize your hub(s) by giving it/them a name and uploading your logo to be displayed in automatic communications like email notifications.
Manage hub users
You can manage users in the hub settings. A user can be an admin or a guest. A hub admin can manage users, create projects and manage the billing information. A guest user can be assigned on a project as a project admin, project editor or a project viewer.
Our premium plan is by hub so you can choose your plan and set up your credit card directly in your hub billing information.
BIM Track® allows you to create, update and delete projects. Pricing is the same whether you have 1 or 100 projects. Our plan includes an unlimited number of projects.

In a single click, you can assign users to projects and define their roles which drive their level of control over project settings.

A project allows you to create a team, then assign the team to users. This functionality allows you to make issues available for specific teams only.
Manage Project Settings
You can customize the Zone, Phase, Status, Types, Labels, Priorities and Default Due Date in the Project Settings to adapt them to project-specific workflows.

First, you can see your issues on the "Issue Dashboard" through three display modes: List, Thumbnails and Hybrid. Issues are color-coded according to issue priorities.
In BIM Track®, each issue has a profile where you can find all communications from different stakeholders involved in the coordination process and choose who is assigned to it. Issue visibility can also be managed by issue profiles.
Searching for issues is made easy with the filter feature. You can modify issue attributes such as Zone, Phase, Status, Types, Labels and Priorities to use them as filters or sorting criteria on the "Issue Dashboard".
Issues can be combined with clones or similar issues using the merge feature.
BIM Track® allows you to edit multiple issues at the same time. You just have to select multiple issues and click on the multi-edit option.
An instant overview of project coordination performance is possible using interactive project metrics which help you understand how long it takes to close issues, the average opened issue age and issues by attributes using 2 display modes: pie chart and doughnut. It is also possible to track issues over time using the Total vs. Closed Issues histogram.
Using our powerful 3D viewer, you can import and display IFC model files online and explore them using navigation tools. The "Add issue" feature engages more people in the process, allowing them to create issues and markups using the web platform and share them with other BIM users.

Import/Export BCF Files
If you have collaborators working with software compatible with OpenBIM formats, issues can be imported in BIM Track® from BCF files or exported as BCF at the end of the project for archiving.
